Refund policy

At Risen Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to request a return: Email us at info@risenshop.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, opened personal care products, and gift cards are final sale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
